Your 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return through our dedicated returns portal. We offer either a full refund to your original payment method or store credit for eligible items minus shipping costs.

Unopened & unused products in original packaging
Intact seals (especially important for diffusers)
Resaleable condition with secure packaging for return transit
Within 30 days of delivery date

How to Return Your Order

Step 2: Include your original packing slip or order number (essential for processing)
Step 3: Our team will inspect your return within 5-7 working days
Step 4: Once approved and your order is received back to us, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

• Sale items or products purchased with promotional discounts
• Opened, used, or damaged products
• Items without original packaging
• Returns initiated after 30 days
• Custom or personalised orders
• Gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order for your preferred product once the return is approved.

Shipping Your Return

UK Returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs. Use tracked delivery and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
International Returns: Please use a tracked shipping provider. Visit our returns portal for specific instructions.
EU Customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason, in addition to our standard policy.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and your refund has been accepted, please allow:
  • Up to 7 working days for refund processing
  • Up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account (varies by payment provider)

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds to store credit if items are:
  • Returned damaged due to inadequate packaging
  • Missing parts not due to our error
  • Returned after 30 days
  • Showing signs of use

Quality Issues & Damaged Items

Received damaged goods? Contact us at info@parkscandles.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll assess the issue and may offer a full refund or replacement without requiring a return.
Quality concerns? We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you experience any quality issues with our 100% natural wax products, please reach out immediately.
