To ensure the best experience from your Parks luxury candle, follow these essential care instructions:
FIRST BURN
• Allow 2-3 hours for your first burn
• Ensure the wax melts fully across the surface
• This creates a 'wax memory' for optimal future burns
OPTIMAL BURNING
• Trim wick to 5mm before each lighting
• Keep burn time between 2-4 hours
• Never leave unattended
• Place on a heat-resistant surface
• Keep away from drafts
MAINTENANCE
• Keep the wax pool free from debris
• Avoid burning for more than 4 hours
• Allow candle to cool completely between burns
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Keep away from direct sunlight
SAFETY
• Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Keep away from children and pets
• Never move while lit or when wax is liquid
• Keep away from flammable materials
• Leave at least 10cm between burning candles

For orders placed after 12:00pm (BST) Monday-Thursday we aim to pick and dispatch the next day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm (BST) on Friday or over the weekend will be picked and shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays are picked and shipped the next working day
Our shipping method will vary between Royal Mail and FedEx, depending on the size and location of your order.

We take great pride in creating our candles, which are expertly made using a proprietary blend of sustainably sourced organic soy and rapeseed. This special formulation, known as 100% Natural Wax, has been honed and perfected since 1989 to guarantee exceptional results.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel your order for one of the following reasons:
