We aim to pick, pack and ship orders placed before 12:00pm (BST) Monday-Thursday to the best of our ability on the same day. our goal is to efficiently pick and dispatch orders. For orders placed after 12:00pm (BST) Monday-Thursday we aim to pick and dispatch the next day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm (BST) on Friday or over the weekend will be picked and shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays are picked and shipped the next working day
Our shipping method will vary between Royal Mail and FedEx, depending on the size and location of your order.
